Hays Education is unique in having a specialist division dedicated to permanent recruitment solutions. Working with schools on an exclusive basis, we have the facilities to identify and market the unique qualities of the school and specific vacancies with a bespoke package.
We are currently working with 87 schools nationwide to successfully recruit for their permanent MPS, TLR and support staff vacancies. We have 23 schools in their second year of partnership, 8 schools in their third year of partnership and 6 schools in their 4th year of partnership and 2 schools in their 5th year of partnership.
