UK Sales & Client Relations
UK Sales and Client Relations deals with the development and management of clients within the UK RBS Invoice Finance business. The department consists of approximately 350 staff divided into either Business Development or Client Relations. The team is based in offices in London, Feltham, Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Nottingham, Newcastle, Croydon, Glasgow and Edinburgh. The business is split to allow very differing routes to market, to be closer aligned to our partners in the Bank and to provide the appropriate service to our varied client base.

Risk
Risk is an intrinsic part of the RBS Invoice Finance businesses. They work in partnership with New Business Development and Client Relations to facilitate strong, sustainable growth and profitability by ensuring that RBSIF take on quality new business and that they then manage the risks throughout the lifetime of the relationship.

Client Services
RBS Invoice Finance is the UK’s leading Invoice Finance provider and Client Services is responsible for the operational support functions, which are pinnacle in the success and positive reputation of the business. With currently over 270 people employed Client Services is one of the largest departments in the business. Our employees have an abundance of experience of the processes and procedures and with our dedicated Training Team you can be confident that your induction, training and transition into the world of Invoice Finance will be closely and carefully looked after. With over 14 difference disciplines within Client Services there will be a role for many different skills and levels of experience, including; Data Entry, Sales Ledger Reconciliation, Credit Control, and with an in-house Export team we are often in search of individuals who are able to speak European languages. The department is a gateway into the business, with a wealth of opportunities available to those wanting to progress their career. The Client Services Management Team pride themselves on the successful promotion and development of over 20% of its employees on an annual basis.

Change Management
The primary role of the Change Management Team is the successful delivery of change throughout RBS Invoice Finance. Additionally, the team carries out Business Analysis in relation to requests for Systems and Process Change, facilitates the prioritisation of projects, and co-ordinates change within RBS Invoice Finance to help the Executive make the best use of budgets and resources available. We review ideas and requests for change and structure them into clearly articulated Change Statements, with before and after process designs. We also work very closely with IT to ensure proposals for change are practical and have had their impact fully assessed.

IT
RBS Invoice Finance has it’s own IT department, which is fairly unusual in the RBS group. The IT department has around 50 people and is structured into 3 main areas: Development, Network & Infrastructure & Service Management.

These teams incorporate IT development, testing and delivery, infrastructure management, operations and IT support. We are closely aligned to the RBSIF business amd act as a key enabler, developing and delivering solutions and then providing ongoing support and maintenance. We support both the RBSIF staff on all aspects of IT and also our Client base using FacFlow.

We offer a variety of roles including Help Desk Support Analyst, Network Analyst, Network Engineer, Operations Analyst, Test Analyst and Developer.
