Our Senior Partners work in a consultative way to develop the SME business to level that may not have been achieved by the business owner alone. Our Senior Partners are seasoned business professionals with excellent business credentials and Quantum has trained them to use the proven Quantum systems and methodologies to help grow almost any SME business.

Quantum values integrity, and for this reason a significant proportion of our fees charged to the SME business owner are based upon the results that we bring to that business. The more successfully we develop the business, the more our Senior Partners earn – it’s a ‘win-win’ situation for everyone involved.

Quantum uses time tested and proven systems and methodologies to grow the profitability of SME businesses. Our systems have been developed over many years and continue to be refined on an ongoing basis. Furthermore, all methodologies used with clients are either NO COST or LOW COST to the client, meaning that we do not ask for a huge marketing budget in addition to our fees. Each Quantum Senior Partner will be trained at the Quantum Business School and will be indoctrinated in our methodologies. The training is very broad in scope and covers items such as copywriting, marketing strategies, business development, business development via the Internet, deal making and much much more. Indeed the training is an intensive 6 day course and will provide much enlightenment to even the most experienced business professional.
