GROW is based on success criteria: How does a successful individual in this role behave, what do they know and how do they apply this knowledge? The programme will be delivered using a variety of methods including distance learning, evidence based accreditation, workshops and coaching with support from all levels.
To be eligible to apply for a place on the programme, individuals must consistently demonstrate excellence in their current role. Successful applicants will be those who exhibit the attitudinal behaviours required for the next role.
