Q. I don’t know anything about mobile phones. Does that matter?

A. No. We will give you all the information you need to know about all the products we sell, including phones, networks and tariffs.

Q. What benefits & rewards do you offer?

Q.What training will I receive??

A. When you join us, you’ll be given a comprehensive and unique induction, covering everything you need to know to get your career with us off to a flying start. This training program is developed around the core skills you need to achieve success and dovetails with your own individual strengths and weaknesses. A lot will be expected of you in your role, our training programme is designed to help you deliver.

After your initial training, we’ll continue to track you through your first 3 months and beyond, giving you the tools and therefore the opportunity to climb the Phones 4u career ladder

Q. I’ve heard that Phones 4u targets are tough – what happens if my store doesn’t achieve them?

A. You’ll be given all the support you need to help achieve your stores targets but as a Phones 4u manager you’ll be expected to drive this performance yourself, hence the excellent rewards package we offer.

Q. How much can I earn?

A. This depends on your role within management, but if you help ensure the store meets it’s targets, you can expect to be well rewarded with our uncapped commissions and bonus scheme.

Q. As a store manager will I need to move around the country?

A. As a manager in this growing company it’s likely that to progress you may need to move in between stores within the region you’re assigned to (or further afield if required). We won’t ask you to move frequently but flexibility is key.
