Sarah Walker

Head of Training Services
Northgate HR Division

I have worked for Northgate since 2004 when the previous company I worked for was acquired by Northgate. I am the Head of Training Services for the Northgate HR Division.

managing all the training teams covering UK & International product training.

I am based from our Marlow office but regularly work from our office in Luton as well as travel to our Peterborough and Bristol offices on occasions.

There have been many challenges since joining Northgate including managing transition and change, merging businesses & training teams, managing a large & varied product and software base and new products resulting through acquisitions.

However, Northgate is a friendly, ever changing culture. It is hard working with ambitious growth plans both in the UK and internationally.
