Jan Constantine
Sales Ledger Manager
I have worked for Northgate since August 2004 and am the Sales Ledger Manager for the Northgate Group and the Divisional Credit Manager for the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Division.
I work within the Credit Control team based at the Peoplebuilding office in Hemel Hempstead.
The Credit Control team work across the Northgate Group, providing services to all Northgate’s Divisions. Credit Control operates in a challenging target driven environment, and is responsible for:
- Collecting customer payments
- Maintaining customer records
- Maintaining billing systems
Due to the large number of acquisitions which have occurred during recent years, Credit Control is constantly changing with the addition of new companies, new customers, and new processes and procedures.
I have had the opportunity to contribute to a range of projects, staffed by multi-functional teams. I am constantly learning and developing my skills and knowledge.
I would describe Northgate as a forward thinking company that never stands still. The Credit Control team works hard and plays hard, and no two days are ever the same, which makes working at Northgate very interesting and challenging.
