Government
We provide a range of IT outsourcing and management services to local authorities, increasingly in conjunction with the public services business. Our portfolio of services include: desktop and mobile working, network and data security and hardware support.
Education
Northgate is ‘building the schools of the future’. We have been named preferred bidder by C2k (formerly Classroom 2000) to provide a managed IT service to all primary schools in Northern Ireland. Our comprehensive portfolio of services includes: Managed learning environments to e-Teacher support, Network and data security and Systems integration
Infrastructure Solutions
Northgate Infrastructure Services not only provides outstanding ICT services but also understands the business context within which their solutions must function. We offer a combination of field services, longer term manage service deals, help desk management and smaller end hosting services. It’s also where we have our hardware supply business. We have the capability to procure, build and install and then service whatever IT systems our clients might need. Our clients include: Ernst & Young, Scottish Enterprise and Hewlett Packard.
Utilities
We specialise in helping utility and energy companies to reduce costs, debt and risk and to transform the quality of their customer service provision. Over the years our services have not just benefited our customers but have revolutionised their business performance. Our services centre around 6 business functions: ASP billing, Hosted billing, Customer service management, Revenue management and Workforce scheduling and management.
