Norland Managed Services Ltd is a leading provider of facilities maintenance and support services in the built environment, working in partnership with some of the UK’s best known companies.

We have offices throughout the UK and Ireland and our current turnover is approximately £150m per annum. With three divisions and a national regional office network, we are designed to ensure we can truly meet our customers’ needs – whatever and wherever they are.  Our client-centric approach has led to one of the highest customer retention rates in the industry – 97%.

Multi-Site Services Division

Multi-Site Services is a business designed to deliver an ‘Exceptional Service Experience’ to its customers operating from variable properties and multiple locations throughout the UK, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The division is a ‘Centralised’ operation with information, control and management directed from the Centre and then pushed out into the field through a ‘Workflow Management’ methodology, giving a process that is consistent across all areas of the business and to the customer. This core methodology is based around sound and robust processes with people, skills and information flow as its key delivery points.

Through the ‘Multi-Site Services' Model’ customers will receive a 24 hour response service that offers First Time Fix ‘FTF’, Responsiveness, Reliability and Consistency, and ensures ‘Peace of mind’ anywhere in the UK mainland and at anytime during the day. A product offering that will deliver the 'Exceptional Service Experience' to its customers 100% of the time.

Critical Engineering Services

Norland operates all of their business critical operations through their dedicated Critical Services Division. This division contains all the resources you would expect to provide highly competent critical environment experts on an around the clock basis. There are dedicated Chartered engineers on 24 hour call and these form the core of our incident response teams.

Norland Managed Services have significant experience in the evaluation, maintenance and repair of highly resilient operations throughout the UK. This includes high specification Tier IV data centres operated for global investment banking brands, state of the art data centre built for a global IT outsourcing organisation at a location outside the M25, and highly resilient operations supporting business critical corporate applications for Global FTSE 100 companies.

Corporate Services Division

Norland Managed Services Corporate Services Division is a market leader in the mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance for both private and public sector customers in the UK. With over 25 years of experience in the Corporate Sector, we have developed a culture that enables us to understand and deliver our clients’ needs in these market places. Over 1,000 specialist trained personnel, including Chartered Engineers, CAFM Systems Managers and specialist tradesmen, use the latest software and systems to meet our clients’ requirements.

Our commitment does not just stop at technical delivery. Our agreed innovation processes deliver to individual needs; whether the requirement is for maintaining long term asset value, removing operating costs or reducing environmental impact. National accreditation to 9001, 14001, 18000, NICEIC & CORGI means that we consistently deliver to the highest measurable standards.
