Menorah Grammar School is committed to making sure that the highest standards in both teaching and learning are achieved. This means continuing to develop all staff in modern teaching methods and to equip them with the best tools to do the job.

The staff at the school acts as excellent role models for the pupils and encourages them to have a respect for all cultures. The make up of the staff is split very evenly with 50% from Jewish backgrounds and 50% from other cultures.

The school is looking to expand their secular staff; you do not need to be Jewish to apply.

The curriculum at the school is timetabled so the pupils study both a Jewish curriculum and the National curriculum. All pupils will study for their GCSEs in the core curriculum of English, Maths and Science plus a variety of other subjects.

The school is committed to the ongoing development and training of its staff. A unique fast track programme for newly qualified professionals is now in place.
