Welcome to Manchester Academy

The Academy has achieved a lot in the last 6 years but we are ambitious to do even more.

Much of the progress we have made is down to our staff. This is why we want to be an employer of choice and is why our new staff development and well-being policy has been created. Our staff team is hard working, committed and they exude professionalism.

We need like-minded people to join us. People who believe children from the greatest disadvantage need teachers with drive, aspiration and a determination to ensure they succeed.
