I joined the group in 1997 where my role was working in the customer services team which was a challenging environment to work in but enabled me to learn more about the RBS group and what it had to offer.
 
I have had a variety of roles whilst I have been with the group, ranging from administrative and assistant roles. Within the last two years I have been promoted twice and I am now an RM3 within the  Lombard Indirect Midlands & Anglia Team.
 
The RBS offer guidance to their employees by way of having extensive training courses which enables you to manage your own progression within the business.
