Unlike other Lombard Business Centres the Business Direct model is solely a telephony based environment, further more it is predominantly focused on the Lombard, Natwest and RBS Retail customer market place.

The Relationship Managers are responsible for developing a eight different lead generators within Lombard, Natwest and RBS into asset finance business.
