Welcome to the Lister Primary Recruitment Site.

Lister Primary is a growing and improving school. Newly opened in 2003 it was recognised by OFSTED (2006) as a school where children ‘settle and thrive’ and behave well.

The launch of a new school has given us the opportunity to shape a vision . We are here to serve the pupils, their families and the community and make our school a centre of learning excellence for all.

Our slogan underpins our vision, aims and objectives, forms the basis of our logo and supports the teaching of alliteration!:

Our vision is realised in our positive and inclusive ethos and the provision we make both through our SEAL based curriculum. We also offer extra-curricular enrichment activities, including week-end clubs. The vision of Lister as a centre of learning excellence for all drives our commitment to Parental Involvement in all aspects of school life.

We are looking for highly skilled teachers and practitioners, who share our vision, to join our team. We are a warm and welcoming staff who work hard and with friendly professionalism.
