You will see from the accompanying information a profile of how we have grown very successfully under the outstanding leadership of David Howells, the current incumbent. In appointing our new Chief Executive, we seek an individual offering inspiring vision and strategic leadership, to build on what has been achieved since 1991. There is a real opportunity to grow our business as a leading provider of social care in the South East region. The agenda has yet to be determined but it may include restructuring our business and governance arrangements; moving into new markets; developing existing staff alongside recruiting new personnel; and certainly adapting to a dynamically changing and competitive environment for social care.
Pivotal to the success of this appointment and our organisation, is the working relationship you will build with our board, existing and future business partners. You will therefore need to be sensitive to the nature and culture of our organisation, along with the importance we place on providing sector-leading care for all.
The board is actively encouraging applications from a wide variety of candidates who feel their skills and experience can be applied to our business.
