Hays opened its first office in Russia in April 2009. The opening of the Moscow office marks the completion of Hays' presence in all the BRIC economies (Brazil, Russia, India and China), as well as the establishment of Hays in 28 countries worldwide.

To date, the Hays group employs over 8,000 staff in almost 400 offices across 28 countries. Last year alone, 80,000 candidates were placed in permanent positions, and 300,000 people were given temporary assignments.
