For our recruitment company, Prague branch of HAYS Czech Republic, we search for a suitable candidate experienced in recruitment processes across different sectors and used to deal with international companies on the Czech Market.

At the moment we offer opportunity to both - permament or temporary staffing experienced consultant from recruitment agencies preferably.

The most important responsibilities you will have are:

* acquiring new clients, active business development
* relationship development with stable Hays clients
* key account mangement, ad-hoc projects leading/coordination/participation
* selection process organization for your clients including administrative tasks, preselection, interviews running and pre- or post-placement service
* temporary staffing for white collars positions with all related agenda
General responsibilities: 10% acquiring new clients or project leading, 40% Key Account Management, 50% Recruitment processes 

The incumbent should meet following basic and necessary requirements which are a must:

* experience in recruitment agency at least for 2 years, preferably in temporary staffing
* being independent and senior consultant when in touch with clients or candidates
* being able to negotiate on professional level and having excellent communication skills
* speaking English on professional level and fluent Czech
* dynamic, enthusiastic, hands-on person with ability to think out-of-box
* working knowledge of Czech Labour Code is preferred

Advantageous experience:
* experience in dealing with international large enterprises as a KAM
* sales experience
* other european language knowledge on professional level
* experience with project management
