managers within our business. These people will be vital
to the future success of IKEA as it grows.
You will immediately take on responsibility
for a significant sector of our business – you’ll learn from
us, and probably learn a bit about yourself, whilst preparing
to advance to more strategic senior management roles as new
stores open nationwide.
