We have recently introduced digital scanning of timesheets along with web based time sheet entry. We digitally store candidate records for use across the whole business and are investigating electronic billing of clients where possible.
Our largest market is that of the United Kingdom and Ireland. This market accounts for 70% of the net fees for the Group. We have over 230 offices in the United Kingdom and Ireland, along with our Accounts Department and Service Centre in New Malden, Surrey.
Our business in Continental Europe and Canada has been growing rapidly. We now operate in 14 countries in the region and have recently opened a new operation in Italy.
We are also in Dubai and within the past year acquired a specialist recruitment business in the People’s Republic of China and Hong Kong, with offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou.
The growth of our business in Australia and New Zealand has been phenomenal and we now operate from 28 offices and 145 business units throughout the region.
