Senior Consultants / Associate Directors

Joining one of our specialist practices or with a remit to break into unexplored territory, your role will initially involve development of a business plan to secure new assignments. Drawing on the insights and skill of experienced colleagues and managers, you’ll be given all the resources you need to help Hays Executive build on its reputation in the search market.

We’ll expect you to demonstrate outstanding self-motivation and persuasive skills, as well as the confidence to judge when to break with convention to help win business or to encourage a sound hiring decision.

You must be competent to devise strategies, conduct objective interviews, plan and execute campaigns, brief researchers, prepare winning pitches and present to an audience. Most importantly, you’ll have the ability and character to build lasting client and candidate relationships.

While you’ll enjoy solid management and training support to equip you for the day-to-day requirements of your job, there will be a strong and ever-present focus on your career development, with an eye to a future team-leading role.
