Heads of Practice
We want to meet entrepreneurial leaders to establish and lead specialist teams, and to influence how the Hays Executive business and brand develops in the search market.
As well as maintaining your own fee performance and client and candidate relationships, you’ll identify and recruit your own people from a variety of backgrounds – within Hays, from other search firms and from industry.
You’ll be responsible for inspiring and motivating them to work within our framework of core values. You’ll conduct performance reviews, set targets, identify where training and development support is required and ensure those resources are available.
Being a head of practice amounts to much more than simply being top in a team. As a senior manager, you’ll play a key role in helping move the business forward as Hays Executive embarks on a five-year growth strategy. Your input on a host of matters – from HR and IT systems to online and offline marketing and PR – will be crucial to our success.
