Case Study: St Johns Ambulance
Scenario
The client was looking to recruit two strong key personnel to develop charity contributions and awareness across the county. Historically they had used the traditional means i.e. papers etc but with no real success so wanted to try something more innovative and effective without spending a fortune. The client wanted quality candidates to choose from without the price tag attached, whilst attracting candidates who would be willing to work for a charity in roles where they had never recruited previously.
Solution
We recommended a direct sales solution incorporating a campaign site and Top Job Gold together with job and candidate profiling for both roles. No offline ads were used on this occasion. We had recruited for many charities in the past but via the combined traditional/online route.
Result
194 applicants applied. Unfortunately the roles were put on hold due to funds being cut.
