Scenario

Naseba were looking to increase their team of sales executives due to expansion of their own business. Historically they had sourced their own candidates directly through a combination of online & offline advertising.This process had been managed internally by their office manager.

Naseba were hesitant to use a recruitment agency as they felt it would remove their control and inflate the cost of their recruitment

Solution

The business development manager from “Hays Sales Direct” met with Naseba UK to demonstrate the alternative solutions Hays could offer outside traditional recruitment.

Following a comprehensive explanation of the products Naseba UK decided to go ahead with the “Sales Direct Model.” This provided them with a campaign site, hosted on the front page of www.hays.com/sales , a range of external job boards which enabled them to target a much wider market place of jobseekers; an offline advert in the Guardian and a bespoke response management system which enabled them to have “Real Time” control and 100% transparency over their recruitment.

Result

Within 6 weeks of going live Naseba has received over 511 applicants, interviewed 12 candidates of which 3 have commenced employment.

Due to the fact their recruitment needs are ongoing and their business is expanding they have purchased another Multi post (advertising the role on 6 external relevant job boards); added a link from their own website to direct candidates through to the response management system, hence ensuring all candidates are being taken through a uniform application process.

The response management system has enabled the office manager to streamline & speed up their recruitment ensuring the most relevant candidates are seen first, meanwhile all applicants receiving correspondence via the response management system keeping them up-to-date with their recruitment status.

Naseba are very happy with the “Hays Sales Direct Model” as it provides them with a very cost effective candidate attraction campaign combined with a comprehensive, reliable and honest recruitment process.
