Business DirectorAfter graduating from the University of Chester Emma joined Hays Specialist Recruitment in October 2000. She successfully worked her way up through the Accountancy & Finance Division managing a variety of sectors and geographical areas. In 2004 she joined the Candidate Attraction Solutions team where she used the combination of her recruitment and solutions expertise to help clients across all vertical markets attract & recruit the best candidates in to their organisation. Currently working as “Senior Business Development Manager” she has spent the last year launching, developing and successfully delivering the “Directs Model” to clients across the South East of England.

Leigh Lauwrens
Senior Account ManagerLeigh Lauwrens joined the Hays Direct team in October 2006. He previously worked as a Regional Manager for Motorola and was responsible the management of Motorola's Field Team and existing client accounts.
With a wealth of experience in Account Management, Leigh is now a dedicated Account Manager for Hays Direct. Working alongside Emma Collins, he has spent the last year developing and successfully delivering this highly effective recruitment tool. He is primarily responsible for ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire Hays Direct Process.

Tom Barlow
Business Development ManagerTom Barlow joined Hays Direct in January 2008. Tom brings a wealth of experience in Sales, IT Sales recruitment and Technical IT recruitment.
Tom began is career working for HBOS Plc selling regulated financial products and through this developed a skill for listening to his customers and following best working practice guidelines. From here, Tom moved into the recruitment industry, helping to establish a start-up graduate sales recruitment consultancy. Within 18 months, the consultancy grew to a £1million turnover business. Tom has also worked for Elan IT, the specialist Technical Recruitment arm of Manpower Corp. The largest recruitment business in the world. Tom joins Hays Direct with the confidence and knowledge that the product set and service he provides will be second to non. With this in mind, his aim is to establish Hays Direct as the recruitment tool of choice in the fast emerging online recruitment market.

Rebecca Lundie
Business Sales ConsultantHaving completed a BA in Geography at Birmingham university, Rebecca commenced her career within media sales in 2006 . Working for Reed Business Information, she effectively sold across market leading trade publications, with both online and offline advertising solutions. During her time here she worked as an account manager in part of a new e –newsletter sales team that smashed targets and brought in a huge 500k worth of business throughout 2007.
Rebecca started working for Hays Candidate Attraction Solutions in May 2008 following travels around Africa and Australia.
Following her success at RBI she has now taken on the role of Business Sales Consultant in and around London. She looks forward to increasing revenue for hays.com and developing the Hays Direct model across the South .
