About Halton Housing.
Halton Housing Trust was formed in December 2005 following the transfer of 6,319 homes in Runcorn and Widnes from Halton Borough Council. At the time we promised to create a better future for our customers.
We are now well underway with a £129 million home improvement programme and many of our customers are enjoying the benefits of new double glazed windows, new kitchens and new bathrooms.
We have made it a priority to tackle the issues that really matter to our customers and help us deliver our vision of delivering quality and excellence for all. We are creating modern, high quality homes; improving services; delivering safe, pleasant estates and making our customers and the local community equal partners in this exciting period of change.
