We are delighted to have been awarded preferred Outsource provider status with a large Government department in delivering a comprehensive range of office support services . This single nation-wide contract will enable the Government Department to harness the benefits of new technology, increase organisational efficiencies and promote a flexible approach in responding to the changing needs of the Department as it is modernised. The contract will involve the full range of office services and vehicle fleet management.

As part of the transition of services to Haden and the deployment of new centralised Service Centres, Haden BML require skilled agents to undertake multi skilled audio typing and central customer service operator duties at a number of locations. Leadership opportunities are also on offer.
