Plantation Place consists of two buildings with a total floor area of 1.1 million sq ft. The first phase facing on to Fenchurch Street rises to 16 storeys above ground with three levels of basement complete with retail units at ground floor. The second phase consists of a nine storey building on the corner of Mincing Lane and Eastcheap.
