The construction of a new 20,000 all seat stadium for both Swansea's football and rugby teams together with hospitality and function rooms, bars and kiosks for spectators.
Gardiner & Theobald were advisers to the City and Council of Swansea on the financial and commercial aspects of this stadium which is part of a larger development involving retail and leisure.
