Millennium project comprising enabling works - highway and service diversions; removal of an existing burial ground. Phase 1 - bio-science centre with 80,000 sq ft of space for small to medium sized companies involved in biotechnology. Phase 2 - life centre visitor attraction where life on earth will be explored; Genetics Institute where a team of scientists will house human genetic research facilities; shopping complex.
