Ernst & Young – More London Bridge
In early 2001 Gardiner & Theobald helped negotiate the Agreement for Lease for Ernst & Young's new 385,000 sq ft buildings on Plot 1 More London Bridge. We assembled the professional team with Ernst & Young and managed the fit-out design and construction. The fit-out moves were constructed under a "turnkey" arrangement with the developer. Ernst & Young moved into the new space at the end of 2003.
