Ascot Racecourse Development
Redevelopment of the racecourse including initial masterplanning. Demolition of existing grandstand and ancillary buildings. Construction of new 50,000m2 grandstand incorporating private lounges, 280 private boxes, bar, restaurants, totes, bookmakers, jockeys' facilities and new paddock/parade ring. Realignment of existing track in front of the new grandstand and construction of underpass to take existing road beneath track.
