Esso Serve Europe (ESE) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ExxonMobil and has its European Retail Operations Service Centre (E-ROSC) in Salford Quays, Manchester. The Centre manages the provision of fuels products to our customers in 14 European countries. Customers range from Esso's European branded service station network, to a variety of commercial, public sector and industrial organisations.

Requirements:

International Students /Business/ Finance/ Analytical related degrees - preference will be given to students with European Language skills.

Students who are on target for 2:2 degrees/ 12 UCAS points and grade C in Maths and English.

2008 Industrial Placement Vacancy - 3 Vacancies:

• ROSC Controls Specialist (Above Site Controls)
• ROSC Operations & Project (Business Support Group) x 2

To deliver outstanding performance in supporting the ROSC teams in fulfilling assigned Operations & Project tasks. You will be able to quickly understand the reporting regime within ROSC, to optimise & make more efficient the interpretation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) used for periodic reviews. Provision of monthly reporting of Opex cost cycle from data entry through to presentation stage.

• Able to identify gaps within current procedures and implement solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
• SAP an advantage but not essential.

Salary & Benefits:

Industrial Placements: £14,990 & £750 centre allowance.

22 days holiday per annum
