CHEP Graduate Programme

We continue to grow and are looking for new talent from diverse sources who wish to develop an international career in business leadership with CHEP, starting in Europe.

CHEP Personal Development Path

  • The core of this programme is the successful completion of two 12 to 15 month rotations in key functions such as Asset Management, Logistics, Plant Operations and Sales & Customer Service
  • Completion of this will lead to your first posting which will typically last for 18-30 months
  • This will be followed by a second posting into a new function
  • You will have the opportunity to be trained in Six Sigma process improvement techniques
  • You will be assigned a “Buddy” for your initial induction period
  • You will have a mentor from an earlier graduate in-take
  • Regular reviews of progress will be held with your supervisor and the HR department
  • The Talent Management Review process at country and regional level overseas and monitors individual performance, progress and reward throughout the programme

Completion Guidelines

The focus is on learning by experience and delivering business results. Participants who finish the program will:

  • Successfully have completed the required rotations with a high performance rating, within the required timeframe
  • Demonstrated knowledge of: the CHEP business model; mission, vision and shared values; functional management and transaction processes
  • Developed practical knowledge of all key professional areas within CHEP, participated in key CHEP initiatives and delivered concrete results
  • Met their personal competency development goals
  • Exceptional talent will gain access to further opportunities within both CHEP and the Brambles Group
