How does it work?
- Skills validation is run on-line and must be scheduled by a Hays consultant
- A test can be sat immediately in the Hays office or can be sent to anyone with internet connection
- Custom tests can be created - incorporating existing questions or with a list of specific questions on any subject such as knowledge of a particular industry
- Results are automatically scored, analysed (no administration for client) and sent to the appropriate contacts
