It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to BCA’s recruitment website.

I am enormously excited about this next step in our development as we move towards merging our two offices and becoming a one site, one culture company in Swindon.

Our business – direct marketing -- is a detail business and we take great pride in putting our customers first, ensuring that we deliver to them a first class selection of products via clear and compelling catalogues; it’s immensely important to us that we process their orders as quickly and efficiently as possible so that our customers receive their goods on time and in good order; we love creating best-sellers and working closely with publishers to get the best choice for our customers at the best prices and, above all, we like running a business in which all the component parts from start to finish are connected to create a smooth running experience for customers, colleagues and suppliers.
