I think it’s fair to say that success will be welcomed and remembered. Networking opportunities for interims who have delivered successful results are very positive.

Barclays has an excellent mix of people; some have grown up within Barclays and understand the way in which the culture and objectives have developed. Other newer recruits to Barclays provide a renewing element to the mix.
