The Marketing Manager role is an exciting new opportunity within the business and has come about due to the exciting plans for growth they have for the coming years. Reporting directly into the Chief Executive, the successful applicant will play a key part in the development of strategy as well as in the identification of new areas for the business to grow. This will include the responsibility for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives, evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed. Basically co-ordinate all Bako marketing, advertising and promotional activities and maintain the development and integrity of the Bako brand. This is a standalone role to begin with and the scope to build a team around you.
