Carluccio's Caffes are a unique combination of Caffe, Restaurant and Food Shop. We offer authentic, traditional, regional Italian food, which we encourage you to test, cook and read about our ingredients, to become passionate about the idea of bringing real Italian food to the general public. To our customers we are all teachers and informers as well as retailers and caterers.

To give the widest choice we have developed a menu without the usual formal structure. This allows the customer to pick and choose from a coffee or light meal of Italian bar food, or create a 3-course meal for a night out. The whole eating experience is relaxed, unhurried and exactly as each customer demands. Our Caffe food is not sophisticated or clever, but we use the very best ingredients and Antonio Carluccio’s recipes to ensure that the quality and value is superb.

As a successful, growing company we are always looking to recruit dedicated and enthusiastic Managers and Chefs to join our teams. We deliver great training for you to gain experience of every aspect of running a high volume Caffe, from preparing coffee, to running a successful shift, to making great Focaccia bread! And as we grow, you will have the opportunity to grow your career with us.

You’ll be a confident manager, with character and tenacity; you’ll be able to work within the constraints of a branded operation, which is exciting and fast paced; you’ll be calm under pressure; you’ll have a sound understanding of Business Management, and a strong a desire to develop yourself and others.

Our Head and Sous Chefs need to have experience of managing in a busy food led environment, leading large teams and love cooking with fresh ingredients, as a manager you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and standards of our food as well as motivating, leading and developing your team
