Hays Retail has been working in partnership with BAA Retail Academy successfully over the past 18 months. Having a solid 2-way relationship with BAA Retail allows Hays to thoroughly understand Airport life, the culture and environment along with the recruitment requirements from the retailers.
Hays Retail’s promise to BAA Retail and the retailers operating in the airport is to find the best candidates in the market, along with delivering an exceptional service to all stakeholders. So far we have been extremely successful in placing specialists and Management within a large number of retailers to date.
Liaising with BAA Retail and spending time at the airport, meeting the retailers and potential candidates allows Hays Retail to develop long sustainable relationships and be the specialist in airport recruitment within the retail marketplace.
We are heavily involved in the Academy and NVQ scheme, and a number of our candidates are working hard and successfully completing on the job education.
