AMT Coffee is an established coffee retailing business with 47 national gourmet coffee bars, turning over £16m and employing 400 dedicated people. We were the first national coffee company to provide 100% fair-trade coffee and we are well recognised for quality, value and service. AMT Coffee was created in 1992 by three brothers; Alistair, Allan and Angus McCallum-Toppin from Seatlle. They explain that when they arived in the UK, they struggled to find a decent cup of quality coffee at a reasoanable price. Realising this, they set out to be the first company in the UK to specialise solely in take-away coffee. After opening their first bar on the streets of Oxford, they then opened another at Oxford Railway station. AMT's national coffee bars now include prestigious locaion such as Heathrow and Gatwick airport, and most London railway station. |
