Along with a competitive salary we offer:

Pension

– From your start date you can join our pension scheme. This is a final salary scheme and deductions will be made at 3.5% of your salary.

Annual leave

– 25 days each year, plus an additional day for each complete leave year, up to a maximum of 30 days. There is also a winter closure between 27 –31 December which provides an extra three days leave.

Season ticket loan

– You can apply for interest free loans for season tickets and other work related travel costs.

Working hours

– The standard working day is 7 hours per day (excluding a 1 hour unpaid lunch break), 35 hours per week. We also welcome applications on a job share basis.

Childcare vouchers

– At Arts Council England, parents can make substantial savings against the cost of childcare through the Child Care Scheme. By sacrificing your full entitlement of £243.00 per month from your salary in exchange for childcare vouchers, you could save up to £1195 a year in tax and National Insurance contributions.

Learning and Development

– As an Investor in People we offer a wide range of training and development opportunities, including in-house courses, external courses, e-learning and funding contributions for study towards professional qualifications.
