The Audit Department has just been created by bringing together the audit teams from the three customer-facing departments. The department now employs some 60 staff, with audits generating 60% of ABC’s total revenue. Company turnover for 2008/2009 is forecast to be £6.6m, up year on year by approximately 5%. The volume of business is growing across ABC, and especially in the online arena. It is essential that the audit standards and delivery keep ahead of this to help support the strong ABC brand and currency.
