We combine the aesthetic benefits of a country practice with projects of a sophistication and size normally reserved for urban practices. We have the reputation of being of the best in our field in the area, and are known for excellence in both design and service

We have shown that a country Practice can provide motivated and talented architects with attractive career prospects and design opportunities.

Our progressive people-based employment practices are reflected in a thriving practice of 27 people (which has doubled in size in the last year).  We are proud of our healthy mix of ages and nationalities, and more than a third of the workforce is female.

Given our current workload, our numbers are expected to increase over the coming months, and able people joining the practice can expect to take on as high a level of responsibility as their abilities allow – with commensurate promotion and financial benefits.
