Salary: £98,364

Performance related pay:
£7,000 dependant upon achievement of targets to be set by the Board relevant to key performance areas.

Contributory Final Salary Pension Scheme

Holidays:

• 31 days Annual Leave rising to 34 days after 5 years service
• 3 Concessionary days
• 8 Statutory holidays

Relocation package is £5,000 – the details to be agreed with individual for expenditure which is covered within the Relocation Scheme.
