

In May 2005 Rotherham Borough Council created 2010 Rotherham to transform the housing in the area.
2010 Rotherham is an arm's length management company – ALMO and has been set up to manage, maintain and improve its council houses and estates. The organisation is non-profit making and it is wholly owned and controlled by Rotherham Borough Council.
We have the responsibility of managing, repairing and improving the 21,000 council houses in Rotherham and aim to create cleaner, greener and more attractive neighbourhoods for our customers. We have £300 million to invest up until 2010 and are working closely within local communities and giving people the chance to be involved in shaping the future of the environment in which they live.
