Thank you for your interest in 2010 Rotherham Limited and the opportunity we have to recruit a new Chief Executive.

2010 Rotherham Ltd is an arms length management organisation responsible for the management and maintenance functions of Rotherham Borough Council’s housing stock.  Formed in 2005, we have access to £300million Decent Homes funding, which will tackle the modernisation and improvement needs of 21,000 homes. Looking beyond the requirements of meeting the decent homes standards set by the Government, our mission is simple; “Creating and sustaining better homes, neighbourhoods and communities”

We currently seek a motivating and inspiring leader, capable of delivering business transformation in a complex environment. We are interested in your ability to demonstrate a track record of delivering significant business change, tight financial control and a robust approach to performance management. The ability to communicate well at al levels throughout the organisation is key.

Credible at board level, you should be enthused by the opportunity that this appointment presents to make a tangible contribution to our community.
