By having your own URL, you’re guaranteed exclusivity on all applicants. A bespoke recruitment website will raise your profile as an 'employer of choice' and provide the 'core' for other solutions.
Multipost
Multipost is our online candidate attraction package, it consists of your vacancy being advertised on 5 specifically selected online job boards as well as Hays' own website (Hays.com). The advert is branded with your logo as candidates are 85% more likely to apply to a branded advert.
Priority exposure on hays.com
You vacancies will be highlighted within our Premium Jobs and Top Companies pages to ensure maximum exposure, with links to drive candidates to your Campaign Site.
Dashboard
