There are some 30 life insurance and around 100 general insurers in the IFSC - household names such as Aon, AIG, HSBC, Norwich Union, Scottish Amicable, Zurich, Friends Provident, Chubb, Eagle Star and Irish Life.
Currently, Irish insurers offer excellent career development opportunities for technicians, brokers and consultants, as well as senior managers and executives. Positions are available in the assurance, insurance, asset management, private banking and employee benefits sectors, with international and local employers.
