Hays Healthcare and Hays Social Care would like to say a big "thank you" by rewarding you with cash, every time we place someone that you have referred to us.
The amount you receive will depend on the type of role and the number of hours worked. Please see below to find out what you can earn.
Healthcare roles
- If you refer a Doctor, GP or Dentist, and they work 150 hours, you will be rewarded with £150.
- If you refer a General or Specialist Nurse, Theatre Nurse or ODP, and they work 250 hours, you will be rewarded with £250.
- If you refer someone within the Allied Health and Scientific Professions, and they work 250 hours, you will be rewarded with £250. The person you refer will also receive £50.
Social Care roles
- If you refer a Qualified Social Worker, and they work 120 hours, you will be rewarded with £225. The person you refer will also receive £50.
- If you refer a Social Care Worker, and they work 120 hours, you will be rewarded with £100.

Terms & Conditions
- Excludes candidates currently registered with Hays and actively seeking work
- No alternative is available
- Referrals must be made to Hays before or at registration (of the referred candidate) - referrals made at a later stage may not be valid
- To qualify for a reward, your referred friend must be referred and placed within a 12 month period
- We can only accept referrals for people already working in the UK, or those who are eligible to work in the UK
- Hays reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of the same value at any time
- Not all brands participate
- Hays’ decision is final
