Skills to succeed in civil engineer jobs
An ability to demonstrate project management (academic or professional) and project planning experience (Primavera, Suretrak and MS Project) is highly desirable in civil engineer jobs as is knowledge of AutoCAD and other design packages. People skills are also very important – you must be able to fit into the team dynamic and be able to pick up new skills quickly.
